Ingredients: 3 cups diced tofu 1 cup celery, diced 1 cup water chestnuts, diced 3 green onions finely chopped 1 cup green grapes, chopped 2 TBS fresh minced tarragon 4 TBS fresh minced parsley 4 tsp flavoured mustard of your choice 1 juice and zest of a lemon 1/4 tsp stevia concentrate powder 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise dash of salt and pepper Instructions: Mix all ingredients together.
