Potato Salad

Ingredients:

6 boiled and peeled lg. potatoes
4 hard boiled eggs
3/4 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup plain yogurt
dash of salt
1/2 tsp dill
dash of pepper
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/8 tsp stevia concentrate powder
dash of paprika
1/2 cup onion, diced
parsley to garnish


Instructions:
Mix potatoes and eggs in a bowl. In a blender combine cheese, yogurt, salt, pepper, stevia and dill. Add celery and onion to blender mixture. Mix with potatoes and eggs.
