Ingredients: 3 long cucumbers or 5 medium, peeled 1 sweet green pepper 1 sweet red pepper 1 medium onion, peeled 1 tablespoon salt 2 teaspoons celery seed 1/4 tsp Stevia Max 80 extract powder 1/2 cup cider vinegar Instructions: Cut cucumbers into 1/8 inch slices. Thinly slice peppers and onions into rings. Mix together with salt. Let stand for 1 hour and drain. Combine celery seed, stevia and vinegar and pour over vegetables mixing well. Cover and refrigerate. Pickles are ready to eat in about 4 hours and may be stored in the refrigerator for several days. |
