Sweet Malt Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

1 Cup Malt Vinegar
1 Cup Water
2 Tbsp. Prepared Yellow Mustard
2 Tbsp. Sweet Pickle Relish
1/4 tsp. Stevia Max 80 extract powder
1/2 tsp. Guar Gum




Instructions:
Add all the ingredients, except the Guar Gum, to a blender and mix on high for about 30 seconds. Slow the speed and sprinkle in the Guar Gum and mix for a few minutes. Store any unconsumed dressing in the refrigerator.
