Ingredients: 1 cup low fat cottage cheese 1 brick low fat, extra firm tofu 4 cups water (enough to fill your blender) 1 box instant sugar free chocolate pudding 1 1/2 TBS of cocoa powder (no fat cocoa if possible) 2 drops Stevia Canada's liquid stevia Instructions: Blend cottage cheese, tofu and water. Add pudding mix, cocoa, stevia and blend again. Place in fridge until firm. |
