Perfect Summertime Recipe

Raspberry Rhubarb Crisp

3 cups rhubarb finely chopped

3 cups raspberries

45 drops of Stevia Max 80 Liquid

3/4 cup of water

1 tsp almond extract

1 cup flour

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup margarine

Mix well the first 5 ingredients and spread into the bottom of a non-stick 9x9 baking pan. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl by cutting together with a pastry cutter until it is in coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-45 minutes.
